Terms of Service

AkiliGo is a Telegram-based marketplace that lets creators sell channel access, 1-on-1 calls, private messages, videos, downloads, live classes and tips, with payment in USDT (TRON / TRC-20). By using AkiliGo (the bot @AkiliGoBot, the app and akiligo.com), you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You sign in with your Telegram account. You are responsible for your account, your wallet address and everything you sell. You must be able to lawfully use the service in your country.

2. Fees & payouts

• AkiliGo keeps a 15% platform fee on every sale and tip; the creator keeps the rest.
• A creator may share up to 20% of their own earnings with a referrer.
• AkiliGo is non-custodial: creators receive payouts to their own USDT wallet after requesting a payout and admin approval. Minimum payout applies.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

3. Payments, refunds & disputes

• Payments are made in USDT on-chain and are generally final.
• If there is a problem, a buyer may raise a complaint. A disputed order is held up to 7 business days and, if a complaint is handled, an extra 5% processing fee applies.
• AkiliGo may withhold or reverse funds obtained through fraud or policy violations and refund the buyer.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AkiliGo for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, including: scams, stolen or infringing content, content sexualising minors, or anything prohibited by Telegram's terms or applicable law. Violations may lead to suspension, ban and withheld funds.

5. Calls & content delivery

1-on-1 video/voice calls run in encrypted web rooms; access links are single-use and time-limited. Private DMs are relayed anonymously through the bot and are deleted when the chat window ends. Channel access uses single-use invite links.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Crypto values fluctuate and blockchain transactions are irreversible. AkiliGo is not liable for losses from user error, wrong wallet addresses, third-party outages, or market movements. Nothing here is financial advice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
